He was knowledgeable and quickly figured out the issue. The repair was successful our door hasn't run this smoothly in years. He tested it and cleaned up before leaving. I had a great experience with Meadows. I called first thing in the morning and was given an appointment same day. I received updates as my appointment approached. The tech showed up at the start of my appointment window. The tech was knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on additional unnecessary services. Meadows Garage Doors did an excellent job adjusting both my doors. Jacob was the technician and he was very professional, nice to work with, and did an excellent job making all the required adjustments so the doors are now flush and open and close with ease compared to before. Excellent service. Amanda (I'm so sorry if this is wrong) who answers the phone is great. Super nice and pleasant to speak with! Rafael (our tech) was great both times he has been out. Knowledge and very friendly. Fair on pricing and will do repeat work again if needed.
