Cutter was great. He showed up on time and had everything he needed to fix my garage. I was shocked because I made the appt 24 hrs before. He even raised my door 2 inches for better clearance through the door opening. Highly recommend these guys should you need it
We had meadows install a garage door on our shop and I’d say that every aspect of the process with was fantastic. Not only was the install seamless, but their communication and service leading up to, and after, was outstanding.After install…I made a mistake and caused an issues with the garage door, and they can out on a Sunday to repair!! Blew me away.Specifically need to give a shout out to Cutter for being super helpful on the install and coming out to make the repairs!
Had a great experience with Cutter Stephens from Meadows Garage. I had a garage door where two out of the four torsion springs had snapped. I scheduled an appointment and Cutter arrived on time, was able to quickly assess the situation, provide an acceptable price, and completed the job within a couple of hours. He was extremely professional and friendly and also gave great advice on how to keep it maintained. He did offer me a variety of levels of packages but didn't get all pushy and car salesman like. He just informed me then let me make the decision. Overall, great service and a great guy. Thanks Cutter!
I thought of giving them 4 stars, just to make it look realistic. I was hesitant about a straight 5 stars company, but in my experience they have really earned them. Brett is very knowledgeable, punctual, nice, he cleaned up after him, explained me every step of the process and went into the details on how to use my new garage door opener, the app, the wall control… It’s just great service!
When we moved in to our house in Keller, we wanted to change the way our garage doors were designed. Specifically removing two small doors and replacing it with one new large door. In a Facebook Keller Community Group, plenty of people recommended Meadows Garage Doors. I saved their info and then contacted them when I was ready. So many people raved about them I didn’t even get a second quote.I’m very happy with our choice. The process to get a quote, select a product and then installation, Was awesome. They were helpful, courteous. Prompt. Professional. Clean. Polite. Thorough. I could go on and on.My install took only a few hours. We ordered a wood grain stamped metal door. At first I was contempt with a brown metal door. But the team was patient and helpful in showing all the option, with quick renderings to show how the door 'would/could' look once installed. And while not originally in my scope or budget, I saw all the options and realized that for just a little more we can get way more value in a wood grain door.Rafael was our initial quote tech, and was also our onsite lead for the install. During the initial meeting where a quote was generated, with my permission, we cut a couple holes in the drywall to verify the construction, and if the center column was load bearing or not. Once determined that it was not, and purely ornamental, we knew how we could proceed with new door install.Jason came out on a Saturday morning even, and walked me through renderings and possibilities of wood grain, and secured 50% deposit. He also explained the order and delivery process, scheduling for install, etc. He was awesome too.The day came, and Rafael and his team came, removed our two old doors and hardware. Then having verified we could, removed the center column between the two. And got fast to work installing the new one. Neat and tidy. Fast and thorough.We are very very satisfied and happy that we called Meadows Garage Doors. I would highly recommend Jason and his team to everyone in our community. Rafael was beyond professional and knowledgable, very positive and just a good dude. Every single one of them that we worked with were this way. That speaks volumes of the culture and type of team at Meadows Garage Doors.I would not hesitate for a second in recommending Meadows Garage Doors. The price is in line with normal market pricing.
